The ARMMQB Intake Kit was designed to increase airflow on your 2.0T by removing the stock intake restrictions while providing the maximum amount of sound. Upgrading to the ARM MQB Intake allows your 2.0Tto produce more power and torque throughout the RPM range, especially at higher RPM. The ARM MK7 Intake is perfect for IS20, IS38, and upgraded turbo equipped 2.0T’s.

Installation of the ARMMQB Intake will open up the sound of your turbo and enhance the intake sounds of your 2.0T. You can expect to hear significantly increased volume of your turbo spool on acceleration, as well as a very audible venting of air when letting off the throttle.

CONSTRUCTION

The ARM MQBIntake features a 3″ Intake Pipefor better airflow and improved turbo sound. The ARM intake tube is built with a single piece of SS304 stainless steelfor smooth transitions to the 2.75″ stock turbo inlet or theARM MK7 Turbo Inlet.

The connection pipe has a tap for reinstallation of the factory vacuum line.

The massive dry filter included in the ARM MQB Intake Kit gives you510 cubic inches of filter surface area. The ARM MK7 Intake comes complete with an integrated SAI Filter which installs directly into OEM SAI hose.

ARM SS INTAKE vs ARM SILICONE INTAKE

The ARM SS Intake is designed to eliminate the stock intake restrictions while providing the maximum amount of turbo sound. Utilizing the stainless steel intake pipe allows more resonance of the sounds generated by your 3.0T. If you’re looking for maximum airflow, but slightly less sound we recommend our MK7 GTI/Golf R Intake. Our Silicone Intake places performancefirst by utilizing a 4″ Intake Pipe along with a heat shield.
